Shipping Policy

At The Rebel Flag Co, we're proud to deliver patriotic flags, garden banners, and home decor straight to your door. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

1. Shipping Destinations We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship internationally to select countries — international availability and rates are calculated at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, shipping costs are built into our product pricing so you always know what you're paying.

Standard Shipping (USA): Free standard shipping is included on all domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, which includes 4–10 business days of production time plus transit.

Expedited Shipping (USA): Expedited order processing is available for $10.99. This prioritizes your order in the production queue and reduces overall delivery time.

International Shipping: International rates are calculated by weight at checkout. Delivery to Canada typically takes 14–36 business days. Other international destinations may vary. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

3. Processing & Production Time All products are made to order. Production typically takes 4–10 business days before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at therebelflagco@gmail.com. We'll work with our fulfillment partners to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a resolution that works for you.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations Since products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address or cancel. Once production has begun, we may not be able to make changes.
